What is Video Installation/Video Art?

Video Art is a a video form of art. Art is created through the use of a visuals and also the environmental sounds making it a moving art. To really see the beauty of it this is recommended to be seen in an art gallery as you will become immersed within it.

Style of installation

For my piece of video installation I will be doing a moving image production a rolling camera to capture the full performance of my piece.

Concept

My video installation will be based on emotions and how we express our emotions. We smile when we are happy, frown when we are sad, laugh when we are joyful. In my piece I will be expressing a range of different emotions and how I express each and every one of them. Some of these Expressions will be based on life experiences and my current emotional state

Content

My video installation will use effects such as Fades to start the video and also to end the video. Transitions may also be used in my piece so that I can morph into different emotions depending on how I utilize my piece.
